Welcome to my top picks of gadgets and products every New York City resident can use to enhance their space! Living in the vibrant and fast-paced environment of the Big Apple comes with its own set of challenges, that can cost a lot of money to fix. From compact storage solutions to simple design hacks that can change the whole feeling of a room, these items are things I use through out the year.

Let's dive in!

WINDOW WASHING

Finally, wash your windows on any floor! This is my secret to washing any window within a high rise building, and washing them as often as you’d like! This tool is comprised by two sponges are held together by a central magnetic, allowing you to safely wash the exterior by directing movements from inside your apartment through the glass. It’s safe, satisfying, but you may need to practice a couple of times before you become an expert. WARNING the magnets are strong, if you have single pane, historical windows, or special stained glass windows I would not recommend this.

Most buildings have anchors installed on the rooftop for window washers to propel from, and often times you have to wait all year for a Window Washing Service to clean your individual windows.

DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS

These Carpet Grips will keep your entry carpets and accent rugs in place. It’s a way to decrease slipping and sliding in high trafficked areas like entrance ways and hallways.
